Freelance Web Programming question

Anyone here have any experience with this? I'm trying to start doing some of it myself but I'm not sure what's a fair price to charge. I know ~$20-25 an hour for hourly, but I'm not how to ballpark a price for a single page. Especially since I don't know how long I take to make a page...been kind of a while since I've done anything from the ground up like that.

Also, on that same note, does anyone need any websites put together for them? If you do let me know and we'll work something out.

Unfortunately, I don't. (Everyone always asks for prior work, and I've never been hired...so I don't have any lol.) I've been meaning to put some random things together on my own but haven't done so yet.
